THE COMPANIES COVERED IN THIS WARRANTY ARE BVLA, NEOMETAL, ANATOMETAL, AND INTRINSIC.IF YOUR PIECE BREAKS OR THE GEM FALLS OUT WE ASK THAT YOU BRING IT INTO THE STUDIO OR SHIP IT TO OUR KAILUA LOCATION (767 KAILUA RD, SUITE 103, KAILUA HI 96734) TO START THE REPAIR PROESS. ALL GLASS, ORGANICS, BRASS AND COPPER JEWELRY DO NOT HAVE A WARRANTY.
 

I LOST MY JEWELRY!

UNDERSTANDABLY WE CAN NOT COVER LOST OR STOLEN JEWELRY. PLEASE ENSURE YOU’RE WEARNG THE PIECE APPROPRIATELY AND THAT IT FITS PROPERLY.

WHATS THE REPAIR PROCESS

ALL REPAIRS MUST BE DONE THROUGH OUR STUDIO. IF YOU NEED SOMETHING TO BE FIXED YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEND IT TO THE MANUFACTURE. WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU EACH STEP OF THE WAY.

  • BRING THE BROKEN PIECE INTO THE STUDIO, PLEASE BRING IT IN A PLASTIC BAG OR BOX WE WANT TO MINIMIZE TOUCHING WORN JEWELRY IN THE STUDIO.

  • SEND BROKEN JEWELRY TO US! ALL REPAIRS MUST BE SENT TO OUR KAILUA STUDIO, 767 KAILUA RD, KAILUA HI 96734. PLEASE BE SURE TO PUT ANY BROKEN JEWELRY IN A PLASTIC BAG OR BOX AS WELL AS HOW THE PIECE BROKE AND WHERE TO SEND THE PIECE BACK TO.

  • REPAIRS ON AVERAGE CAN TAKE an average of 8-12 WEEKS TO BE REPAIRED AND SENT BACK TO YOU. UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THESE WAIT TIMES AS THEY ARE SET BY THE MANUFACTURE. MANUFACTURERS DO NOT GIVE US ANY ETAS ON WHEN WE CAN EXPECT YOUR JEWELRY TO BE DONE. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND KNOW THAT ONCE WE HAVE YOUR FIXED PIECE WE WILL SEND IT BACK TO YOU AND REACH OUT VIA EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. IF YOU BROUGHT YOUR PIECE INTO THE STUDIO AND WANT TO PICK IT UP WE WILL CALL YOU IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS ARRIVAL SO THAT YOU KNOW ITS WAITING FOR YOU.

CAN I SPECIAL ORDER SOMETHING?

ALL JEWELRY AVAILABLE IN OUR ONLINE STORE IS WHAT WE HAVE IN STOCK. BECAUSE WE CAN NOT CONFIRM SIZING WE WILL NOT DO ANY SPECIAL ORDERS THROUGH OUR ONLINE STORE. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN DOING A SPECIAL ORDER WE ASK YOU COME INTO THE STUDIO.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED OUT ONCE A WEEK/EVERY MONDAY. ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS AND COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. ON AVERAGE DOMESTIC JEWELRY ORDERS TAKE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE RECEIVED. DOMESTIC SHIPPING IS FLAT RATE AND COST $10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST WILL BE BASED ON YOUR LOCATION AND MAY TAKE LONGER THAN DOMESTIC ORDERS TO BE RECEIVED.
